Terms & Conditions

Terms for using WebXup and its services

These terms provide the general framework for using the website and engaging WebXup services. Each project's specific scope, timeline, and price are governed by the approved quotation and contract between the parties.

01

Service scope

WebXup provides website, e-commerce, mobile app, custom software, SEO, marketing, and related technical services. The exact scope of each project is defined in writing in the quotation or contract before work begins.

02

Quotations and payment

Pricing, milestones, and payment terms depend on project scope. Features or requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation or an adjustment to cost and timeline after mutual approval.

03

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing required content, data, account access, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing requirements may affect the delivery schedule without constituting a delivery delay by the implementation team.

04

Intellectual property

Rights to final deliverables transfer according to the project contract and after the relevant financial obligations are satisfied. General tools, libraries, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

05

Revisions and acceptance

Revision rounds follow the agreed scope. After a stage is approved or final delivery is accepted, substantial later changes may be treated as new scope.

06

Support and warranty

The duration and type of support and warranty depend on the service and contract. Issues caused by external modifications, third-party services, or incorrect use may fall outside free support.

07

Third-party services

Projects may depend on hosting providers, payment gateways, mapping services, messaging services, or other platforms. Those services are subject to their providers' terms and may change pricing, policies, or availability independently of WebXup.

08

Contract priority

If these general terms conflict with a project-specific contract signed by both parties, the project contract governs matters related to that project.
